Complex Family Law and LGBTQ Family Matters

Rachel Catt has nearly 20 years of experience helping families with marriage and civil union dissolution, complex custody disputes, and other family law issues through mediation and alternative dispute resolution. But when a case must go to trial, clients appreciate Rachel’s fierce dedication to her clients’ best interests and her aggressive representation.


Rachel focuses on the legal needs of families of various makeups, backgrounds, and needs. She has an intricate understanding of the societal and cultural issues that complicate LGBTQ+ family law cases and has devoted her career to helping families navigate these situations as well as issues arising from:
